About Me
A Track Record of Respecting Legacy and Driving Growth
I spent 15 years building Nobilis Care into one of the UK’s leading homecare providers through 17 successful acquisitions and a passionate focus on people, systems, and service.
After two exits, I’ve stepped away from healthcare — and I’m now focused on acquiring and growing a great small businesses in the U.S. and the UK.
I’m not looking to flip. I’m looking to steward.
Before business, I served as an officer in the Australian Army. After moving to the UK, I married a brilliant English woman and we’ve raised three beautiful daughters together.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about snowboarding, hiking in the mountains, travel, and doing business with fantastic people who care deeply about what they’ve built.

Over the years I've built a great team who can bring innovative processes, marketing and systems to make life easier for the front-line operators and improve profitability. I'm also really good at bringing together and integrating several similar businesses into a bigger group to achieve scale efficiencies without diluting that "local" feel.
